The good news is a couple of our staff have returned and we are currently training new hires to complete our team.
After the Memorial Day holiday, we should see some better pricing on certain beef items. Overall product availability has been pretty good. We probably won’t see any big price reductions until the fall as packing houses get fully staffed and reorganized with new safety protocols.
The downside is that we will not be able to offer many
“specials” until suppliers can guarantee us product to do so.
